Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items: Products listed under lift chairs and respiratory are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at marketing@kohlls.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
